Повереник за информације од јавног значаја и заштиту података о личности изрекао је Агенцији за борбу против корупције и другу новчану казну у износу од 180.000 динара, због непоступања по решењу Повереника којим је наложено да се антикорупцијском порталу Пиштаљка дају информације, односно документи из списа предмета контроле имовине и прихода градоначелника Београда Синише Малог.

Повереник за информације од јавног значаја и заштиту података о личности упутио је Влади Србије захтев да она, у складу са чланом 28. ст. 4. Закона о слободном приступу информацијама од јавног значаја, непосредном принудом, обезбеди извршење решења Повереника којим је Градској управи града Београда наложено да групи грађана општине Савски венац достави информације о томе да ли је инвеститор објекта на Дедињу, у Улици Косте Рацина 11, поднео захтев за озакоњење тог објекта, односно, да ли је поступак за озакоњење покренут на било који начин и уколико јесте да ли је окончан и како.

Rodoljub Sabic, Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection sent a letter to the Republican Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac. The direct reason for the letter was the action lay by the Republic Public Prosecutor requesting the annulment of the Commissioner's ruling ordering to make available to the public the professional resume of the acting deputy public prosecutor in the Savamala case, but the Commissioner also pointed out in his letter to a number of other reasons that require a review of the attitude of the Prosecution’s Office towards citizens' rights to free access to information and personal data protection, as well as to the activities of the Commissioner that protects these rights by law.

The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection pronounced to the City Administration of Belgrade, the second fine of 180,000 dinars for failure to comply with the order of the Commissioner's ruling to provide a Group of Citizens of the Savski venac municipality with information on whether the investor of the building in Dedinje, 11 Koste Racina Street, filed a request for legalization of the building and whether the legalization procedure has been launched in any way, and if so whether it ended and how.

The Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection ended the procedure of written supervision over the implementation of the Law on Personal Data Protection (LPDP) at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and conducted direct supervision of the Police Directorate launched after Kikinda Police Department requested from the hospital in this city to provide data on citizens who are treated on the basis of the “F” health code.

The statement requested and received by the Commissioner from the MoI, states that the commander of the police department in Kikinda, during control activities of updating dossiers of the sector, requested these data from Kikinda General Hospital, in accordance with the Instruction on the method of organizing and conducting the internal affairs on security sector, where he disregarded the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection, and failed to inform the immediate superiors about it, neither received approval from them. It also states that disciplinary proceedings against him will be initiated, and that the case is an exception, and there were no such activities in other police departments.
