This instruction determines more in detail the content and mode for publishing the information memorandum, which state authorities, bodies for territorial autonomy, local self-management bodies, as well as organizations given the public authorities or powers (hereinafter: state authority) are liable to make and publish, in order to enforce the Law on free access to information of public importance (hereinafter: Law).
