“Any person who requests certain information shall have the right to know any such information held by the government authorities, except as otherwise provided for by the Law. Should the authorities unjustifiably deny access to information to the applicant, the applicant shall be entitled to refer to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and to exercise his/her right by other means provided for by the Law.”
