Article 2 In Article 31, item 2, after the words: ''the decision is made'' a comma and the following words are added: ''by the majority votes of all members of parliament''. Article 3 In Article 33, item 1, after the words: ''The National Parliament'', the following words are added: ''by the majority votes of all members of parliament,''. Article 4 In Article 35, item 2 is added, which states: ''The Commissioner may initiate the procedure for the evaluation of the constitutionality and legality of the law and other general documents.'' Article 5 Should the same person be elected as Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner before the end of his term, his term will end upon the end of seven years from the first election and he may be elected one more time. Article 6 This law becomes effective on the day of its publication in the ''Official Gazzette of the Republic of Serbia.'' |
